Mission
We PairUP to celebrate diversity as a strength and provide support for underrepresented students impacted by bullying, harassment or discrimination in an effort to build equitable and inclusive schools and communities that nurture the sense of belonging, psychological safety and wellness through our five pillars of service which are: Partnering, Advocating, Inspiring, Resourcing and UPlifiting.
Vision
Well informed communities and schools where everyone has a safe environment and can show up authentically as themselves. Every person has the support and resources to live and perform to their full potential. All members of the community are accepted, acknowledged and differences are leveraged to strengthen the community overall.

HOW PairUP WILL BE INVOLVED
Students
Providing students with support, development and leadership opportunities .
Parents / Guardians
Providing 1:1 coaching for parents and guardians to help with developing a plan of action to advocate for their children.
Community
Providing the community with learning opportunities.
