About the Event
Join us for the 1st Annual PairUP for Unity 3k walk/run. This is an inclusive day for the community to come together to celebrate diversity as a strength and build relationships. Students, families, teachers, community members and community organizations are encouraged to join us for this walk/run to raise awareness to the disparities within the community and to raise money for programs that will help to create a sense of belonging and wellness for all members of the community.
This will be a family friendly outdoor event with kids and teen activities, food trucks and music. The event is supporting The PairUP Society's 5 service pillars...
* Partnering with local businesses and organizations that are available to provide services to the community.
* UPlifting and Inspiring the sense of community, inclusion, belonging and wellness.
* Resourcing and empowering the community to Advocate for their needs.
